Detroit Stretch LLC provides mobile assisted stretch therapy services to clients in Metro Detroit including Southfield, Royal Oak, Ferndale, Oak Park, Berkley and surrounding areas in Michigan. Our services are provided by trained practitioners and are intended for general wellness purposes.
Stretch therapy services provided by Detroit Stretch are wellness services and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical condition, injury or health concern please consult a licensed healthcare provider before booking a session.
Appointments are booked through Carepatron and are subject to availability. By booking an appointment you agree to:
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely receive stretch therapy. Detroit Stretch LLC is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow therapist guidance during a session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Detroit Stretch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Detroit Stretch website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Detroit Stretch LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
